I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping others, in a warm, safe environment. Areas of expertise include trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, eating disorders, relationship issues, family of origin issues, anxiety, and depression. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping patients reach their goals. I’m passionate about decreasing the stigma of mental health issues, and am a strong advocate for social justice issues. I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts related to my areas of expertise.
